Every Sunday, for six consecutive weeks, join Timber Hawkeye from Buddhist Boot Camp and Alex Howard from Conscious 2, for a live discussion regarding some of the core topics covered in the internationally best-selling book: Buddhist Boot Camp. You will need a unique username and password in order to access the live video discussion (buddhistbootcampbasictraining/) and to sign-in ahead of time to start submitting your questions (well also devote the second half of each show for live questions). For additional information and to sign up, please visit buddhistbootcampbasictraining/ WEEKLY TOPICS: Mindfulness (Sunday, October 12, 2014) – A simple concept that is often challenging to implement in our lives. In this session, we will explore ways to be more conscious and awake in the midst of everything. Love and relationships (Sunday, October 19, 2014) – The greatest source of both joy and pain. In this session, we will discuss ways to cultivate deeper love and intimacy in our lives. From religion to spirituality (Sunday, October 26, 2014) – Moving beyond the restrictions of organized religion; let’s find a way to make peace with all the different paths to the divine. Healthy living (Sunday, November 2, 2014) – Nurturing and loving our body is of most importance, so developing a healthy relationship with our physical wellbeing is a priority. Friends and family (Sunday, November 9, 2014) – The spiritual journey can sometimes feel like a lonely path (especially if our friends and family see the world very differently than we do). In this week’s program we’ll discuss ways to create a greater sense of togetherness. Living in gratitude (Sunday, November 16, 2014) – We live in a time of extraordinary privilege, but a sense of entitlement can leave us feeling deprived in the midst of abundance. During this final module, Timber will explain how easily gratitude can turn what we have into enough! Our intention is to support you in going deeper into your practice, so we are offering you six consecutive weeks to explore your own potential for freedom and growth, for a total of six hours of live Q&A with Timber from the comfort of your own home! This is a donation-based program, where your contribution supports the books-to-prisons project, making free copies of Buddhist Boot Camp available in correctional facilities across the globe. If you can’t afford to make a donation, you may apply for a partial or full scholarship, which is made possible by those who can sponsor others. If you miss any of the live sessions, you will still have access to the recordings after the fact and be able to enjoy the discussion!
