Every body is different so I am just stating what works for me: when I eat fat and protein (organic meat, eggs, avocado, coconut and nuts) and a fair amount of green veggies I feel GREAT...I look leaner, I sleep better, I workout like a beast. When I eat lower fat, and more fruit(it is SUGAR afterall!) and if grains (yes even WHOLE grain!) sneak into my diet, I feel like shit, I gain weight, look bloated, feel fat, sleep poorly and feel fatigued and hungry. If you are doing it "right" by eating lower fat, whole grains, fruit, low fat dairy and/or vegetarian or vegan and are STILL feeling bad or not seeing the results you expected, try something new! Fry up a big piece of organic protein with coconut oil and eat some asparagus tossed in some olive oil with some guacamole...give up the grains and fruits and dairy for a while... eat the whole egg... and see what happens.
