Every child has a right to a basic education and a decent standard of living. It is the duty of the state to guarantee a child of the basic needs to a decent life of food, clothing, shelter and education. Sometimes the state fails to deliver even these basic needs. As members of civilized and social society who are capable to share we the people specially those around and near these in need has to act and do our part to help for as an immediate neighbor and brother Gods will us to help, for whatsoever we do to the least of our brother, that you do unto me. Says The Lord. As Rotarians we did promise to serve above self. Education, decent living environment, health and sanitation, as well as peace and order conflict resolution are the known avenues of service we are to traverse. Jinja , Uganda children needs us.
