Every cloud has a silver lining. Im still unable to train my upper - TopicsExpress

Every cloud has a silver lining. Im still unable to train my upper body due to an ongoing shoulder issue, however that doesnt mean taking time off from training. Having extra time to play around with my training & incorporate some variety into my routine means motivation remains high & allows me the opportunity to increase my training volume for the lifts that I can perform. No fewer than 8 months ago, I injured my lower back trying to pull 3 x 140kg. Sumo deadlifts are only really becoming a staple of mine, however I should have taken more care with my form at the time. Yesterday, I managed 3 sets of 5 x 180kg. The best part? My back feels great today. Progress. Keep striving for it.
