Every day I carry my children go to school, sweep the house and cook the meal. Honestly, when I accomplish the everyday’s job, I invariably lie on the sofa to watch television. Whiles I would like to have a transform. I know that I must do more sports and read more books to live a fine life style. But I am too sluggish to walk out the first step. I always have excuses, for instance, I like to join a Yoga course and my companions introduced me a few clubs but I refused them all. “The teacher appears not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time plan isn’t suit to me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t want to get away the comfy house to join in Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
