Every day I carry my kids go to school, clean the room and cook the meal. To be honestly, when I accomplish the everyday’s job, I always lie in the sofa to watch TV. Sometimes I like to have a transform. I know that I need to do more movement and read more books to seek after a wholesome life style. But I am too idle to walk out the first step. I invariably have excuses, for instance, I would like to participate in a Yoga lesson and my friends adviced me several clubs but I rejected them all. “The teacher seems not good. It’s very far away from my home. The time schedule isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t like to get away the cozy room to attend Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
