Every day I carry my kids go to school, clean up the house and cook meals. Honestly, As I finish the everyday’s job, I all the time lie in the sofa to watch TV. Occasionally I want to have a transform. I know that I should do more exercise and read more books to pursue a fine life style. But I am too sluggish to pile out the first step. I all the time have excuses, for instance, I wish to join a Yoga course and my companions suggested me a number of clubs but I declined them all. “The teacher seems not good. It’s very far away from my house. The time schedule isn’t fit for me” and so on.
