Every guy knows the brotherhood every guy knows his bros and its a macho thing a great thing..Its an agreement of male strength...its an agreement that theyre in it together ....its a sign they are bonded......and men in general are a great bunch of blokes ..lol ...but when women stand for something especially each other it gets called the sisterhood with a smirk or a quip like oh yeh..you lot stick together like its something bad ? Women have to network..have to empower each other..have to inspire each other because in certain areas of society there is still a mind set that they are just a woman and should know their place,,,.....Parents empower your children... all your children....to be the best they can be..to do the best that they can do...Teach your sons to be real men in all areas of their lives..teach them to care and respect girls/women and to accept that they are different but equal...perhaps not always physically.. but certainly intellectually ..Teach your daughters to appreciate and respect a good man.. And to the sisterhood I say.. empower your daughters and each other.. for they can do anything...be anything..teach them to love themselves..value themselves..respect themselves..to be fiercely competitive in this male world and still remain a woman with the unique abilities shes been given...to reach higher than the generation before them..they may not have the physical strength of men ..but there is nothing in this world like the inner strength of a woman..they are wonderful....
