Every human that graces this planet has two choices in this life. We can choose to bring joy into every experience or we can choose to bring negativity into each experience. Both are contagious. Our joy is contagious and our negativity is contagious. To be joyful we have to open up our hearts so we are not clinging to narrow, negative thinking habits. It takes absolutely nothing to think negatively and all negative thinking is self-centered...its all about how life is unfair, how this or that never happens to you, or everyone has it better. This takes nothing to accomplish my friends! . To be joyful requires effort! You have to CHOOSE to see the blessing in every bummer, every situation, especially the painful ones are blessings! When we are joyful, this is what makes us different than everyone else. Most are on the easy path of negativity with the belief that they dont need to change, the world needs to change, and/or the world owes them! This world isnt going to change. It is always going to bring joys and sorrows in equal amounts, so to have joy in life, you have to choose it - be deliberate in living that choice out, so it can manifest and make a positive difference in this world! BE the person that makes a difference today
