Every officer of the law is a minister of God according to Romans 13:4. It doesnt matter that the officer knows God or not. The man is a minister of God because that is the way God SEES it. When we honor them, we are honoring God Almighty who sees our hearts. Now, seeing ALL officers through the Eyes of God how much more respectful and honorable should we be in our every thought toward them. And when we support our officers, we are standing STRONG WITH God! And the officers are lifted UP and ENCOURAGE in their spirits by our support. Under the pressure that they face day in and day out, we should always be kind and courteous and supportive. PERIOD. I repeat, period. At all times respectful. Period. IF WE are discourteous to them, we are being discourteous to God. For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. (Romans 13:4 KJV) I encourage us all to offer our support and a kind word of appreciation to EVERY OFFICER we know or meet. Let us SHOW our LOVE and support!!! Amen! Father, I ask that you give your angels charge over every officer and their families. Keep them in all their ways. May the angels bear them up in their hands lest they even dash a foot upon a stone. In Jesus name, amen! Dont forget to love on their families also, just like solders families are sacrificing and serving, so to are the officers families sacrificing and serving. Its a tough job and an important job. I am grateful to everyone of our officers. They all have their life on the line for you and me and they are servants of God.
