Every once in a while I encounter that web annoyance, the site I would normally try to read that freezes my computer almost every time I make the attempt. Every once in a while the software bug becomes so intolerable I am forced to give up on the site, forever. I find this irritating because I would read the sites offerings if I could. More rare, but occurring frequently enough for me to recognize them as a category, are the sites I am already pretty much fed up with for content reasons, that underline I made the right decision by walking away, by then punishing my occasional attempts to follow click-bait to their pages with the screen-freeze phenomenon. In such cases I say to myself, My own damn fault for forgetting, but if it appeared here, it likely would not have been all that good anyway. This has been my annual coverage of the Huffington Post.
