This was posted by the Wyoming Highway Patrol yesterday: Today, near Green River, Wyoming, Troopers were dispatched to an infant having a seizure. Trooper Mitch Kannier arrived on scene and discovered the child was unresponsive and not breathing. Trooper Kannier took immediate, life saving actions and was able to revive the child. Trooper Kanniers actions as a State Trooper, and as a young father, saved a young life today. Thank you Trooper Kannier for your service and professionalism. Today you reflect all that is in a word sometimes over used....Hero. You are truly a public servant. We are grateful you are a member of our Wyoming Highway Patrol.
