Every person reading this message could do something to ensure Justice in the Koh Tao murder case is achieved both for the benefit of the victims, the victims family/friends, the accused and the accused family/friends (also includes ensuring justice for Thai government/police/prosecutors to clear their tarnished names if indeed they did no wrong in investigating/prosecuting this case). In terms specifically of supporting the defense/legal team to defend the accused Wai Phyo and Zaw Lin, everybody (esp. migrants on Koh Tao, Thais on Koh Tao, tourists visiting Koh Tao, people who saw or were with Hannah/David/the accused before, during or after 14/15th Sept 2014) could: (1) Be a potential witness and confidentially contact the legal/defense team through me or directly to lawyers; (2) Share all relevant information/evidence they may have with the legal/defense team in complete confidence, including evidence about what really happened during the whole investigation processes of this case; (3) Provide material support to all those concerned in trying to ensure a fair trial for the accused (i.e. the accused, lawyers and defense team); (4) Donate to MWRNs YouCaring site or in other appropriate ways to support efforts to ensure justice for the accused Journalists can write stories and investigate the case; everyone can blog and post FB and twitter messages; everyone can sign online campaigns; governments can cooperate in sharing information that could support a fair trial for all sides. Each one of us has a role to ensure justice in this important case. The Thai justice system is on trial, and not just the accused. Please do everyone assist as much as you can. We all must believe that justice can, should and hopefully will be done in this case.
