Every time on the 4th of the July I get goosebumps when thinking the act of bravery our forefathers went through. It was an act of treason to sign the Declaration of Independence, punishable by death. So it saddens me that slowly the cowards in our government hide behind the cloak of protecting us, they enact laws that take more and more of our freedoms away, the very essence of what makes us Americans. Our basic rights: Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Since in basic form the current government is not acting in the best interest of the People and we can change it by instituting NEW ELECTED OFFICIALS, get rid of the Bloated Goats currently passing laws that favor their own corrupt agendas and reducing our basic rights.
