Every year we have the honor and privilege of hosting dozens of children for a special breakfast with Santa courtesy of Golden Corral followed by a Christmas shopping spree at Wal-Mart. We call it the Reindeer Run. This year we had 130 children who each had $75 to spend on whatever they wanted. Each child is paired with a police officer who helps them shop. We had help from our friends at Sebastian PD, West Melbourne PD, Melbourne Village PD the Fish and Wildlife Commission and Palm Bay Fire-Rescue. It was truly a pleasure to see these children have a Christmas every child deserves. This video highlights the mornings events. We hope you enjoy the experience as much as we did.
