Everybody at about now is making our has made some sort of resolution. Nice right? If you havent already, theres still a little time to squeeze it in. Now what I want to realize is that resolutions are not helicopters, they are airplanes. Let me explain, a helicopter does not need to taxi down a run way to fly. It just starts up and fly after a few minutes. And unfortunately resolutions do not works that way. Resolutions are airplanes. You have to plan and start working towards achieving it before you get to your starting point which presumably is 2015. Like an airplane taxiing down a runway at full speed, your resolutions need time and space to be effective if you must succeed at it. Resolutions made on New Years eve never almost ever makes it pass January 30, I know this from experience, Ive been there and dont lie, youve been there too.
