Everybody wants to be black without being black. They want to take the it factor but not the struggle. Lets be real...the natural hair movement is for black women. If we wear our hair in its natural state it could be viewed as a political statement. Look what happened during the black panthers era. Black folks were automatically associated with that political group even if they were not just based upon the hair from their scalps grew. Team natural belongs to us. Exclusivity does not equate being racist. This is our platform. Let us not forget why we needed the platform in the first place.
