Everyday I love my job more and more. Today I feel like I kicked butt and ever since my med change I have been faster and I have been more alert. I have been trying to kick butt to maybe get a hire position but Im not so sure how to do some things like building fixtures and other things but if I do it I know because I learn from doing rather told. If I have a certain job I do it and make myself work harder to see how far I can go. I want to grow in a company and not just sit still so if I work somewhere Ill work hard for what I want. Before I didnt care about my future because I always thought I couldnt do any better but now I have on my plate getting a car and I have to move into my own place very soon so I will have bills up the wazoo and now I have my mind set on either working harder to prove I can get promoted or find a better job very soon. Thing is I love working at rue so much its hard to think about leaving. I really really hope I can get a hire position and not have to leave or save enough money fast for a car to get another job. Ever since I got my employee of the month I realized I can be a good employee and now I want to prove to myself I can get it again :) *fingers crossed for a better future*
