Everyday we have meaningful interactions with customers below is one that stoood out to us this week. Lisa travelled 2 hours to come to our store. There is a little shop where she lives that carries select Alex & Ani pieces. She had no idea that there were actually retail stores. Once she found out she searched online for the closest store. She came in and was so overwhelmed by the incredible selection and how many pieces there were that she had never seen before. All of sudden her phone started going off. It was all of her co-workers placing orders. She told them she was making the journey here and they texted her their must-haves through screenshots! After choosing many meaningful gifts, she told us that she will be bringing her entourage back for her next visit and she is already planning it! (+)
