Everyone alive needs to pray this prayer. You may not think you need to repent and ask for God’s forgiveness but you’d be surprised to learn that every other prayer you pray depends on this one. The Scripture says: Now we know that God does not hear sinners; but if anyone is a worshiper of God and does His will, He hears him. -John 9:31 [when]… you decide to turn away from sin and to turn to God, then you’d be taking the first crucial steps to getting your prayers answered. Because God is always eager to answer this type of prayers, provided you say it now and mean it, He puts Himself in a position where He just cannot say “No” to all your subsequent prayers.”
