Everyone, behold CARRS-Q - the same group which has done bogus non peer reviewed cycling research (commissioned by state government) on the assumed benefits of mandatory helmet laws (yet conveniently ignoring all unintended consequences that cant be dismissed lightly). They seem pretty consistent at being an embarrassment to the Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Keep up the dubious work, muppets! So essentially hes saying that because kids dont walk, theres therefore no point in encouraging them by making it safer and easier for them to walk even part of the way to school. Numpty.
