Everyone has an opinion, so here is mine. First, let me say that we liked the dish and will have it again with one or two modifications. Since we weren not told what size dish to use, I used a 9 x 11 Pyrex. For this size any more than three breast halves would be too much; also a full package of tortillos would be too much. All items mixed together, I started preparation. By the time all layers were in place, it was obvious that the mixture was too thick. This proved to be true when dish never did "bubble" and the chips on top dried out. The taste and choice of peppers etc. were pleasing to the taste and we will enjoy the left overs served with a nice green salad. When reheating, I will add Pet Milk so it will be more moist. Bob enjoyed the meal, so on the recipe card, I will add Pet Milk to the list. (Note: I used the "original" Rotels, not Hot or Medium), Hope this helps you to enjoy this dish.
