Everyone knows how I feel about Knoebels. It is the best place on earth and my favorite place to spend my vacations. However, something terrible has happened to arguably the most dedicated employee ever, "bumper car Jack". Jack is 85 years old and has been working at Knoebels for 34+ years. If you have ever ridden the bumper cars at the park you will see his face painted on two of the signs at the ride. He is always at the bumper cars, open to close and actually working, taking tickets, checking seat belts, watching the ride and telling people to turn to their left "other left". Every year Knoebels goes out of the way for the Southern School, a local school catering to special need students. One of the teachers, that even is related to a park employee had the audacity to say that Jack called one of the children retarded. Knowing jack for 15 years and his background he would have never ever said that. There were two witnesses that confirmed Jack said no such thing. I have been on the ride countless times and have seen firsthand, Jack going out of his way to go move their car and do anything he possibly can to make their ride great, allowing them to stay on several rides over and over and helping them walk out. However guess who was escorted out of the park, suspended for a week, hours cut, and has to do medial tasks. The Knoebel family is putting too much power In the hands Of their human reasources division. One guy that does not care for Jack to beguin with is playing with his mind. Everyday many people ask where is Jack or where is the old guy that is always here? Just for employees to tell them a rehearsed story. Apparently Knoebels is more concerned about just one person than everybody else that looks for him. Fokes if you miss jack please write letters, go to the park office an say something. He is missed dearly and you know how hard this is on an 85 year old who had dedicated so much and still is. Please LIKE and SHARE if you want to see Jack back ASAP.
