Everyone needs to stop for a quick moment from their busy lives to reflect on the silent ones who are often called heroes. Do the ones that readily issue this term do it for their own recognition or do it because others expect them to react that way? It is a hard and fitting question. In our line of work we listen to stories of many of these heroes that live out the terminology but get rejected by those who should assist them when they ask.
