This phenomenal jazz and reggae influenced Pop tune Music Is A Crime by singer LA CAT Ramos was my formal introduction to the independent music scene here in Los Angeles. This is one of my favorite songs of all time! Back in the year 2000 I was first introduced to La CAt and her music through our mutual friend Joshua Scheffrin whom Ive been buddies with since Alexander Hamilton High school. Josh and a friend of his use to perform on saxophone and trumpet in La CAts band on the pier at Marina Del Rey. When I first heard La CAt and her band perform Music Is A Crime live all those years ago, she officially scored me as a fan and now through YouTube as a friend and subscriber. This is video number 2 in her current ongoing concert series, and Im so honored she granted my song request for this entry! La CAt, I LOVE YOU!!! YOU ARE PHENOMENAL!!!!
