Everyone should watch and understand this. EVERYTHING is a remix. There is no completely original idea. All ideas, and in fact everything in general, is some sort of modified version of something before it. This isnt a bad thing though. Theres no reason to get mad about it. We should all set our egos aside and accept/embrace this fact. Fighting over who invented what and Who created what first is not helpful or productive. Its probably the most destructive thing we can possibly do to ourselves. Its the most basic lesson you learn as a kid, and no one seems to remember it. LEARN TO SHARE! If everyone was allowed to copy everything without retribution, society would progress so quickly, no one would ever have to worry about how much they lost.
