Everyone thinks that they need to close their prospects to get the sales. Guess what? You dont have to close them. If you find out beforehand what their pains are, and what they need help with, and you show them that you have the best solution, THEY will close THEMSELVES. Heres the short formula that I use all the time. 1) Find out as much as I can about my prospect problems, fears, desires, needs etc. 2) Show them a solution framework and make them understand that their case is help-able 3) Naturally, THEY will ask to buy your product or services. There is NO NEED to close, if you do the steps above. Keep that in mind.
