Everyone wants to be fit & healthier in some way. Whether its to be more muscular, toned, lose pounds, or just lower blood pressure. I always had an excuse for why I wasnt losing weight. After being overweight, feeling exhausted and run down, I have thrown in the towel with that LIFE. Its not living, if your everyday becomes a blurring routine to where you feel no different than the day before. It felt like I mopped, vacuumed, and did laundry constantly. Not to mention watching the same cartoon show over and over and memorizing every word to it without fail. I was depressed that THIS was my life. I felt I needed life to mean something more than just that routine everyday, I needed LIFE in my life. Besides I wanted to look and feel better. What kind of image was I setting for Charity, if I didnt/dont get healthier. Thanks to the mentoring of coach Tamera Chapman , Mission Fit Life, and Team BeachBody, I can say Ive lost 55 pounds and counting! Shes taught me to be healthier and that a lot of people have stories just like mine. I have join team beachbody and plan to be a asset to people to help motivate and help keep on track with these programs. Whether its just motivation needed or a swift kick in the rear to getcha going its worth it in the end-Whats stopping you?! I feel beyond better, my blood pressure went down from 198/89 to 116/65!!! I seriously just added some years to my life from changing my lifestyle. Ive had more energy to play more with Charity. I have less stress and anxiety. I have had more energy to do not only one, but sometimes TWO or more workouts a day. Even if its just 15 minutes of exercise a day added to your routine, it can change everything
