Everything happens for a GOOD reason! Now sometime, especially - TopicsExpress

Everything happens for a GOOD reason! Now sometime, especially when bad things happen, that GOOD REASON may take a while to discover and come to the surface, but if you adopt this SELF-SERVING belief you will eventually have that AHA moment and identify what it is. Also often one event triggers another! Yesterday evening I received an email from my mentor Mark (yes, I do have a mentor; we all need one for inspiration!) He freely opened up how he is now on a fitness campaign after speaking for a group of fitness instructors in Spain where he lives. He seems the sort of person that has an AHA moment and then runs with it. Impulsive! Yes, but that’s a good thing. His email was open and inspiring I just know he will achieve his objectives. I just had to respond and email him back with encouragement and sharing a little related information. Strangely his passion and energy also inspired me and then coincidentally this morning I had an appointment with my dietician. She is young and very pretty (one GREAT reason I keep paying to see her!) and she also offered some really smart advice. Deep in my subconscious mind an upgraded plan was formulating, by the time I left it was complete. I was excited to implement the advice she shared but my route home took me by our NEW Virgin active gym where I parted with a hard earned £460 for a year’s gym and swimming pool membership. The new plan! As the days now get shorter I lay in bed a bit longer… …but that is about to change. I don’t need that extra sleep so I am going to get up an hour earlier and spend it at the gym getting fit. (Hey Mark we are doing it together but just 895 kilometres or 556 miles apart!) Thanks for the inspiration. Passion and enthusiasm are everything! Armed with these two essential success elements you can do ANYTHING! I know that I can, and if I CAN DO it then so can you and anyone else who tries. What do you want to achieve? Take action now and start to build momentum and get your ball rolling. Don’t worry about making mistakes because you can ALWAYS change direction, but not when you are standing STILL! So if this short post inspires you to make change please get behind it and share what commitment and change you will make in a comment below.
