Everything is increasing except SALARY! GST is applying next year.. Means most of the things gonna increase again! According to online news, Prices of residential properties will increase by 3% when GST is implemented next year. And for all open business, business owner got to pay Rm10k++ to buy so call GST system to have their business system upgraded. What happen in 2014, -Petrol increase another 20cents per litre. (global crude oil prices dropping yet Malaysias petrol and diesel prices increasing) -House and shop assessment increase too. - Malaysian Expect said Rm2500 is enough for fresh graduates. (I really dunno how they survive in future with that kind of salary in KL. Presume their salaries can be increase, there will be a limit. I dont think will over 5 figures salary if still work under somebody.) Our bank still pay us FD(fixed deposit) 3%. Some bank even implement some sort of investments which higher than 3%.
