Everything weve been working hard for is coming to life this weekend, starting with this moment hearing the students of Davis Elementary school sing with Mariachi Reyna! It brought tears to my eyes. They were excited and had nothing but joy in their eyes. The best part is that I work day in and day out for this cause, to preserve Mexicos highest musical tradition and to engage students in their studies and their future through mariachi music. The concert is tomorrow and I simply cant stress how thankful I am to those who support the Mariachi Heritage Foundation. If you havent bought your tickets do it fast, there arent many left! See you at the concert!
