Evie went to the doctor this morning about chest pain. The doctor wasnt too concerned until he took an EKG after which he immediately sent her to the hospital in an ambulance. It looks like Evie may have had a heart attack sometime in the past five days. There is an enzyme present in the blood that indicates heart damage/heart disease. This is highly unusual as she does not have any of the other markers for this sort of condition. She was admitted to the hospital for overnight observation and will have a procedure done tomorrow at 11 to check for any blockages. Please pray for peace, wisdom for us and insight for the doctors. She has a fantastic attitude and is in stable condition. Thank you to everyone who has called, texted, and prayed! We will keep you posted.
