Ex President of El Salvador, Francisco Flores, is on the list of most wanted by the INTERPOL. This is a event that is being discussed widely in El Salvador and abroad. It is the very first time that an ex-president has been prosecuted for crimes in El Salvador. Certainly the impunity of certain sectors is starting to be deal with.
