ExOfficio Today I talked by phone with the head of African projects at World Concern - Derek Sciba. World Concern is the Chrisitan non-profit organization who partnered with ExOfficio in the Kenya sweepstakes I won. Derek will be leading this Kenya tour. He laid out the itenerary for my partner and I. We wil be visiting the Masai tribal area and seeing wildlife in the Great Rift valley. It turns out that it gets about as cold at night as it does in Kula upcountry here on Maui. They must be about the same altitudes. Once I realized that Kenya is similar in ways to home, I knew we could do this. I wonder if United (where I work) needs ramp workers in Nairobi?
