Exactly 2 years today around this time, I felt a lump that would forever change my life and the life of my loved ones! Just a little update: I had a scan Friday and talked to my oncologist office Monday- Everything is stable. There is not a day that goes by that I do not think about having cancer (after all, I see my battle scars everyday). My beautiful long and straight hair that I once had is now curly and finally past my shoulders. I am so thankful for the wonderful doctors that were place in my life, for my family, and most importantly the good Lord- the ultimate healer! Some times this journey seems so long ago and other times it seems just like yesterday. Here is my first blog. PLEASE know your body and what is normal and what isnt.
