Exactly a year ago today ....after being diagnosed a month earlier with breast cancer i began treatment!.... Hiding and choosing to leave my loved ones in the dark about it... Seeing everyday the struggles they all endured naturally ..i couldnt bare to bring another burden upon them..to hear the worry and heartache in my mothers voice seemed unnecessary.... Between radiation & medication i couldnt keep my secret long & had no choice but to reach out ...eventually surcoming to there much needed help!! Through major surgery, radiation, and the beast breast cancer created in me it has been quite a year!! I have mistreated, neglected,ignored,& lied to everyone who loves me...adding to my struggles myself!! I felt weak !!!! But today.... I feel strong!!! I feel grateful & trusting in myself that i know longer need that crutch!!!!
