Excellence in Leadership Programming– Nuestro Bohio Latino Museum will create a platform for purposeful dialogue that will address pressing issues facing our Latino community and the world and will explore Leadership and change development initiatives, to act when the environment around you is radically changing leads to extinction. Leadership must be cultivated deliberately over time at all levels. Leaders who combine a commitment to moral purpose with a healthy respect for the complexities of the change process not only will be more successful but also will unearth deeper moral purpose. One leads with a purpose once the vision is shared and the community becomes stakeholders in creating the legacy.
