Excellent news! Wales has it so right and one day the whole of the UK will follow. The U.S? Well that is a distant dream but well continue to educate against their use and expose them for what they are - abusive tools for lazy trainers. I say that because if you take time and use your brain you can find other ways to teach dogs and rehabilitate them without using an e collar, yes even the high drive dogs with severe behavioral issues can be changed without the use of shock. Shocking I know to those shock collar trainers out there who are now going to abuse me on my own page for what Ive said but I hope one day you will resort to different methods and join us in helping end the use of these unnecessary and barbaric devices.
