Exceptional Family Member Point of Contact Training for all EFMP - TopicsExpress

Exceptional Family Member Point of Contact Training for all EFMP Command Points of Contact (POC) will be provided by the Fleet and Family Support Center on Nov. 14, 1130-1300, at Bldg 26. You are invited to bring your lunch and join us for this first quarterly meeting. The session will give you an opportunity to connect with other Command EFMP POCs, meet Sally Tilli, the FFSC EFMP Liaison and obtain the information, training materials and instruction on the EFM program needed to carry out your role as a Command EFMP POC. OPNAV Instruction 1754.2D states unit Commanding Officers are to appoint an EFMP command POC that supports the CMDCM/command senior enlisted advisor (SEA) or Command Career Counselor (CCC). Command POCs are the first source of information for service members needing the services of the EFMP. The EFMP is mandatory for those family members identified as having specific exceptional needs identified in the OPNAVINST. Therefore, it is most important that you have all the program information available to assist in delivering your part of this program. For additional information and to register contact Sally Tilli, EFMP Liaison at 847-688-3603 ext. 119.
