Exceptionally unhappy with comcast right now. Not only did i spend a good portion of time earlier in the day trying to get a REAL person on the phone, but this late at night i finally get a live chat person (not as good as real person on phone but slightly better than automated crap) and after going through all my account info i get told well all your equip is added and will work but not until the disconnect process finishes at your old address & equip is turned in.. Which could be between today and aug 31st.. So lets recap i called prior to moving because i figured would take a couple days.. But 2weeks plus? Really.. So if my bill is couple days late im cut off dang near immediate but i give you notice and it takes weeks before i can have service at my new address?? I find that unacceptable.
