Exchange of E-mails from Sir Carlos Borromeo. Mr. Carlos Borromeo is the former Undersecretary of the Department of Transportation and Communication under the Administration of then former President Gloria Macapagal- Arroyo. Hello Sir Carlos, Thank you so much for the unwavering confidence on my capacities as a Website Developer Sir. I sincerely and truly appreciate it. And I fervently pray for your fast recovery and may our Great and Powerful God touch your body Sir. I am currently pushing an Advocacy of Promoting a Noble and Proud Filipino Skill, which is Massage Therapy, using the Website Technologies I have mastered from the recent years. There is a Law, the Code on Sanitation of the Philippines or Presidential Decree 856 (PD 856) and Executive Order 102 (EO 102) s. 1999: Reorganization and Streamlining of the DOH which disallows anyone to render Massage Services unless they are Enrolled on a Licensure Review Training Institution or a Licensed Massage Therapists. This is Strictly for Implementation starting this January of 2015. Hence, not all Filipino Massage Therapists can afford the Licensure Review Training since it costs not less than 8,500 Pesos for a 4 Months Review. I created a way to help them Acquire FREE Licensure Review Training through my Working Student Scholarship Program in partnership with the Department of Health (D.O.H.) Accredited Review Institution. I am currently helping not less than 200 Students. You may find the Memorandum of Agreement (M.O.A.) I authored at the following website: iearnschool/moa.zip In effect, I created 2 Corporations for this project: The First Rewards Based Health and Wellness Spa in the Country, Business Permits can be downloaded at: iearnschool/permit.zip A Non-Profit and Non-Stock Private Training Institution, Business Permits can be downloaded at: iearnschool/school.zip The Motto of my current advocacy is As long as there are Human Bodies to Massage and Hands to do Massage, we have a Business and Jobs to give to people. I find this endeavor practical since I do not need much capital to start the project. I provide my students Sponsorship for their Free Licensure Review, in turn, they render Massage Services on my project as Working Student Scholar. I promote those Services on my website through various Corporate Massage Events. I am the First to promote a Network Marketing Health and Wellness Spa in the Philippines. One thing I like on this project as there is no Employer - Employee Relationship that is too risky. My ultimate goal is to help Sponsor Massage Therapy Licensure Review to not less than 100,000 Non-Licensed Massage Therapists in Manila. These people are not only Revenue Sources through various Unlimited Corporate Massage Events I endeavor to establish, but can be a very good source of Political Force. The following are the Actual Projects: 1. libremassage 2. iearnschool/index.php Sincerely, John On 12/31/14, Carlos Borromeo wrote: > May the Lord make this new year your Special Year (and mine as well), John, > because you deserve to reap the fruits of your unwavering perseverance and > your fine skills. > > The good Lord works through others, and I pray that He will make both you > and me His instruments of fulfillment for each others aspirations.
