Excited and happy for Joe Vick, who is about to become a daddy, K.C. Vick, who will be the ultimate cool Aunt, and Eric and Mary Beth Vick, i.e. Pawpaw and Mawmaw from here on out, making Julia Walker just flat out ancient ;). Its making me all sentimental, thinking about how much fun theyre fixin to have, and reminding me of how we all poured around Deborahs hospital room waiting on Beck Yon, everyone still living nearby and all of us still friends and everyone still alive. Jamie and Mary Ann are missing it. That may the hardest part of grief: the way it edges in around the happy times.
