Excited to announce another one of this years amazingly talented judges Teresa Harold Thompson ! Teresa is a well known and accomplished Lexington Yoga Instructor and ceramicist, with a minor in art history and Masters in drawing and ceramics from Marshall University and over a decade of yoga training ; RYT Cincinnati Yoga School; Language Immersion, American Sanskrit Institute. In addition Teresa is the founder of Grassroots Yoga Company with weekly classes at Mecca Dance Studio, the Georgetown center and other local Lexington businesses. Teresa is widely known for her adaptive yoga classes in chair yoga for disabilities which are held weekly at both Expressive and Wellness Programs of Employment Solutions and Latitude Artist Community.
