Excited to see the Free To Be Fit Natural Figure & Bikini Team compete again today at the Natural Muscle Association CAN/AM Competition. I am not wishing them luck because there is no luck involved in what they achieved. IT WAS BY DESIGN, PLANNED & EXECUTED FOR MONTHS... Every step of the way was mapped out in advance. Specific workout routines, days of rest, cardio if and when needed, supplements, practice posing on their own, meeting with coaches, drives to Rochester for practice and critique, ordering and modifying their suits, shoes and bling, tanning, hair, make up, shaving, waxing, skipping parties, social activities, grocery shopping while hungry, and meal prep all while holding down jobs, running their own business, taking care of kids, maintaining relationships, friendships and keep it all in order the best they can. People, you CANT wing this... They worked hard, practiced their craft, took CONSTRUCTIVE criticism, threw the negatives out even when they came from close to home. I can congratulate them all now on their win because in my eyes they have already won just by the completion of this task and I think any true competitor in this sport would agree. I am also very proud that the team is NATURAL and have not short cutted the sport or their bodies by using performance enhancers for weight loss or otherwise. Anyone that thinks that an enhanced competitor is on par with a natural competitor is out of their damn minds. If anyone disagrees MESSAGE ME, ill take that battle on myself, enough said. I KNOW I speak on behalf of the entire team when we say THANK YOU to everyone that has supported the GIRLS and THE STUDIO with their love, support and positive vibes. From the people that bought shirts, bought tickets and decided to spend their day with us in Erie, PA or today in Buffalo and everyone that send well wishes, congratulations in passing at the studio, or even takes the time to ask how did the girls do? This team is strong way beyond the 4 girls, the supporters give the team its strength. A good performance by the girls is a good performance by everyone at the studio, THAT IS THE TRUE TEAM, because next time it will be one of YOU up there and you will get mine and everyone else full support right behind you, but everyone knew that already, because thats what we do. That too is by design.
