High level English (written & spoken), strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must provide CV in English + link to online portfolio. 2. Email Marketer (JB- 306) 1-2 years of email marketing operations or related position in an international online e-commerce company, Knowledge of HTML and/or CSS an advantage, Ensure timely creation and sending of planned email marketing campaigns, Manage the trafficking and targeting of graphical messages with emails. High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment. Must provide CV in English. 3. German (JB-30) or French (JB-32) Customer Service/ Technical Support- Mon – Fri 18-2. Seeking technologically-oriented individuals to help support our global clientele. You will be assisting traders in navigating multiple platforms. Provide top notch technical support across a variety of web based platforms, strong MS Office skills with familiarity of CRM preferred (not required), must be customer focused, available to work 5 shifts per week, NIGHT hours. 4. ACADEMY POSITION (JB-305) The position involves teaching our customers about market indicators and trading strategies, and offering them trading advice. MUST have mother- tongue English (American accent preferred). All of the work will be done on the phone. Customer Support experience- advantage, teaching experience- advantage, a technical and financial background is a plus, computer and Internet savvy. Experience with content writing is a strong advantage. Full time shift work Monday – Friday. 5. ACCOUNT MANAGERS/RETENTION-ENGLISH (JB-40)- Responsibilities: Maintaining client relationships and developing new business from existing clients. Must have previous sales experience. Familiarity with binary options/Forex is an advantage. Must be energetic and hungry for sales! Mother-tongue/ working level English, Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
