Exciting happenings here at Kerras Catering HQ. My husband Robert has joined the team full-time and is going to be running the on the day co-ordinations for the Hog Roast and Picnic side of the business. For this season he is going to be amply supported by the lovely Hazel Parsons (Hazel has an amazing track record in the industry and we are very excited to have her on-board). Also beefing up the cooking capabilities we have the amazingly talented Chef Ben Quinn. He has a vast experience in the industry, with pop up restaurants in London to seafood in St Agnes. He is also the chef in residence at the exquisite Nancarrow. Lee is now full-time in the office, backed up by the lovely Kelly two days a week. So all in all your emails and enquiries should get answered quicker ! And I can get back to cooking up a storm in the kitchen...... But I absolutely promise you that the business ethos and quality remains as strong as ever. Making your days spectacular.
