Exciting news for Daventry RFC!! The club house refurb project is under way, stage one the entrance has begun. The new doors are being made as i type. The plasterer is booked along with the electrician and plumber. We will have a new entrance to the club with a nice block paved area and some planting to soften the view. The Rugby Football Foundation have provided us with a grant for £2500 for these works. Then the internal works for the club house start, the wall is going between the two bars making one super space. The bar is going to have a refurb to bring it upto modern standards and into the 21st century. The RFU Social spaces funding of £10,000 has been fund matched making a total of £20,000. This is supportted by members providing services in kind, fancy helping contact Rosco.
