Exciting times - Debajehmujig Storytellers arrive today to start On Common Ground rehearsals. They will officially enter the city at dawn tomorrow, Tue 1 July (which also happens to be Canada Day!) and will perform their traditional Dawn Arrival ceremony, crossing the Clyde with the sunrise at 4:36am and walking through the Gorbals to the Rose Garden. Would you like to join the procession? We will be meeting at the Broomielaw ferry terminal (city-end of the Tradeston Bridge) at 4:15am, before walking along the river, crossing the South Portland St suspension bridge (by the Sheriff court and the Citz) then ending at the Gorbals Rose Garden.
