Excuse me? Humans dont have voices loud enough to speak to anyone in the world instantly. We arent physically capable of going 60+mph or jumping/swimming over oceans. Without technology humans with resources cannot transport to or communicate with those who dont. Without technology it takes years to spread news of genocide. Without technology the life expectancy would still be extremely low and infant mortality extremely high. Large wounds with bad timing could mean the end of your life. And Prince Ea has the audacity to act like technology is an evil, breaking apart culture and ruining humanity!? Humans are the only species in the entire universe, that we know of, that it capable of creating this technology. Dont get the stigma of abusers of technology and technology itself confused. The ignorant masses who cant even explain how a battery works let alone what a tweet is are a problem. People who blindly fall into consumerism and are a product of capitalism are a problem. People who get wrapped up in digital worlds without a conscious awareness of what they are doing. But there are people on Twitter documenting the Isis invasion, and every other important world news story for years now. Reddit has become a filtration system for news and information pushing up important and interesting things and filtering out all the trash. Technology allows anyone to verify facts. This avoids fallacies from spreading. It also gives anyone access to the entire wealth of human knowledge. Anyone has access to trivial information within seconds and has access to help out with non-trivial problems. But of course I didnt rhyme, nor did I use a TON OF TECHNOLOGY to make a video about how evil it is. Dont be ignorant. Technology on, but take a damn second out of your day to figure out how one tiny part of technology you use works everyday. Youd be surprised how a few sentences of explanation everyday can expand your knowledge, especially if you have access to it in your pocket.
