Excuse my rant but I think most liberals and conservatives will appreciate this: Barack Obama , Joe Biden and this pro-women #whitehouse will spew a lot of BS rhetoric today about how they are Crusaders for #womensrights and #equalpay! HOWEVER, the facts say say different! Did you know that the Federal Government DOES NOT grant their women employees paid Maternity leave? Yes thats right the pro-womens rights Obama Administration doesnt give a Sh!t about their very own women employees. If he truly meant what he said he would sign an executive order granting these women Paid maternity leave. How can he tell private companies what to do if he isnt leading by example? It is obvious that they really dont care and its all BS Politics. Not only do they not grant Paid maternity leave but they dont offer short-term disability like a lot of companies do. So instead of paid maternity leave women federal employees have to work weekends in order to save up money to cover their maternity leave. What a way to treat women! Thank you Democratic Party for being so concerned with women! Think about that when you are hearing BS to on #equalpayday.
